Sunday 10th December 2023:

An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:

  • Planned engineering works.
  • Leaf Fall timetable extension.

The railway is CLOSED between Great Missenden and Aylesbury until approximately 13.45, and also between Princes Risborough - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway until approximately 16.30.

During these periods, rail replacement buses will operate as follows:

  • Great Missenden - Wendover - Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway (until 13.45).
  • Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury (until 16.30).
  • Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway (between 13.45 and 16.30).

Buses will connect with trains to/from Marylebone at both Great Missenden and Princes Risborough.

In respect of the Leaf Fall timetable extension, southbound trains from Aylesbury Vale Parkway and stations to Chorleywood inclusive are amended to depart up to 3 minutes earlier.
