An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:

• Planned MAJOR engineering works.

The railway is CLOSED between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury for 10 weeks between 19th August and 29th October inclusive. This is to facilitate HS2 civil engineering works including construction of a new bridge to carry the Chiltern line over the HS2 line.

During this period, rail replacement buses will operate as follows:

• Princes Risborough - Aylesbury.
• Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury.

Buses will connect with trains at Princes Risborough.

Additionally, the following late night timetable alterations apply:

• 00.01 Marylebone - Oxford departs earlier at 23.45, calls at additional stations and is diverted to Bicester North, Kings Sutton and Banbury.
• Connecting rail replacement bus operates at as follows:
• Bicester North 01.15 - Bicester Village 01.25 - Oxford Parkway 01.50 - Oxford 02.20.
• 00.10 Marylebone - Banbury is CANCELLED.
