ASLEF INDUSTRIAL ACTION - Overtime & Rest Day Work Ban

  • IMPORTANT: Chiltern Railways are unable to serve the Blur concert at Wembley Stadium.
  • No trains will call at Wembley Stadium all day.
  • There will be no late night trains from Marylebone after the concert.

Due to planned ASLEF industrial action on this date, a LIMITED SERVICE will be in operation, structured as follows:

  • 1 train per hour Marylebone - stations to Birmingham Moor Street (and vice-versa).
  • 1 train per hour Marylebone - stations to Oxford (and vice-versa).
  • 1 train per hour Marylebone - stations to Aylesbury (via High Wycombe; and vice-versa).
  • Shuttle service Leamington Spa - stations to Stratford Upon Avon (and vice-versa) for most of the day.
  • 1 train per hour Amersham - stations to Aylesbury Vale Parkway (and vice-versa).

No Chiltern Railways services will operate on the following route/at the following stations:

  • NO SERVICE: Birmingham Moor Street - stations to Stourbridge Junction.
  • NO SERVICE: Wembley Stadium, Kings Sutton, Warwick (northbound), Hatton and Lapworth.

Services on ALL ROUTES will finish earlier than usual - Please check your last trains carefully on the day.

Finalised timetables are uploaded into online journey planners 9 weeks before the date of operation. Any journey checked outside of this timescale may be subject to change; please double-check how these amendments are due to affect your travel plans. For some engineering works and special events at Wembley Stadium, timetables may be released closer to the date of operation.
