Friday 7th April 2023:

An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:

  • Public holiday - Good Friday.
  • Euston - Birmingham New Street line closure.

An enhanced timetable will be in operation for most of the day, with additional and lengthened trains on the Marylebone - Birmingham Moor Street route.

Rail replacement buses will be in operation over the following route section, and vice-versa:

  • Bicester North - Kings Sutton - Banbury (for journeys to/from Kings Sutton ONLY).
  • Beaconsfield - Amersham - Great Missenden - Wendover - Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway. For journeys to/from London, connecting trains should be used between Marylebone and Beaconsfield.

Finalised timetables are uploaded into online journey planners 9 weeks before the date of operation. Please check your journey in the planner at the following link: https://buy.chilternrailways.co.uk/. Any journey checked outside of this timescale may be subject to change; please double-check how these amendments are due to affect your travel plans. For some engineering works and special events at Wembley Stadium, timetables may be released closer to the date of operation.
