Sunday 21st May 2023:

An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:

  • Planned engineering works.
  • Wembley Stadium event - Non-League Finals Day (Newport Pagnell vs Ascot United and Gateshead vs Halifax Town; 12.15 & 16.15 KOs).

The railway is closed between Marylebone and Bicester North/Bicester Village until approximately 10.00.

During this period, rail replacement buses will operate over the following route sections:

  • West Ruislip - Hillingdon (LU) - High Wycombe - Bicester Village - Bicester North.
  • West Ruislip - Hillingdon (LU) - Denham - Gerrards Cross - Beaconsfield - High Wycombe - Saunderton - Princes Risborough - Haddenham & Thame Parkway - Bicester Village - Bicester North.
  • For journeys to/from London, connecting London Underground trains should be used between Baker Street and Hillingdon (LU).

FIRST TRAINS (SOUTHBOUND):

  • 08.46 Birmingham Moor Street - Marylebone.
  • 09.41 Oxford - Marylebone.
  • 11.07 High Wycombe - Marylebone.

FIRST TRAINS (NORTHBOUND):

  • 10.40 Marylebone - Oxford.
  • 10.52 Marylebone - High Wycombe.
  • 11.00 Marylebone - Birmingham Moor Street.

Additionally, the railway is closed between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury, and also between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aylesbury Vale Parkway all day. Rail replacement buses will operate over the following route sections, and vice-versa:

  • Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury.
  • Hillingdon (LU)* / Beaconsfield - Amersham - Great Missenden - Wendover - Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway. For journeys to/from London, connecting trains should be used between Marylebone and Beaconsfield (* except early on Sunday morning when London Underground services should be used between Baker Street and Hillingdon.
