An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:
- Planned engineering works at multiple locations.
- (Early morning track works at Marylebone).
- (Late notice early morning track works between Heyford and Banbury).
- (All day track works at Princes Risborough).
- Enhanced Amersham-line service (from 10.35).
Marylebone station is closed until 10.35. During this period, Chiltern Railways trains will operate north of West Ruislip and Amersham, connecting with London Underground Central Line/Metropolitan LIne services to/from central London.
Additionally, the railway is closed between Bicester North and Banbury until 09.45 and also between Saunderton and Haddenham & Thame Parkway/Princes Risborough and Aylesbury all day. Rail replacement buses will operate as follows, connecting with trains at High Wycombe, Bicester Village, Bicester North and Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
- High Wycombe - Princes Risborough - Haddenham & Thame Parkway - Bicester Village - Bicester North.
- High Wycombe - Saunderton - Princes Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury.
- Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough.
- Aylesbury Vale Parkway - Bicester Village - Bicester North.
- Some buses will be extended to/from Banbury before approximately 10.00.
In connection with the above engineering works, an enhanced service of 2 trains per hour will operate between Marylebone and stations to Aylesbury Vale Parkway after 10.35.
IMPORTANT:
- Passengers travelling between Marylebone - Bicester Village/Bicester North and stations to Oxford/Birmingham should travel via Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
- Passengers travelling between Marylebone - stations to Haddenham & Thame Parkway should travel via High Wycombe.
