An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:

• Planned MAJOR engineering works.
• Wembley Stadium event - England vs Australia (19.45 KO).

The railway is CLOSED between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury for 10 weeks between 19th August and 29th October inclusive. This is to facilitate HS2 civil engineering works including construction of a new bridge to carry the Chiltern line over the HS2 line.

During this period, rail replacement buses will operate as follows:

• Princes Risborough - Aylesbury.
• Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury.

Buses will connect with trains at Princes Risborough.

In respect of the Wembley Stadium event, an enhanced timetable will be in operation during the afternoon and evening, with additional Wembley Stadium stops in trains, and also some additional trains.

Consequentially, there will be some changes to evening peak services from Marylebone, as follows:

• 17.37 Marylebone - Birmingham Snow Hill terminates at Birmingham Moor Street.
• 17.53 Marylebone - West Ruislip is CANCELLED.
• 18.11 Marylebone - Aylesbury (formed of 3 carriages instead of 4).
• 18.30 Marylebone - Aylesbury Vale Parkway departs at 18.31 (formed of 2 carriages instead of 3).
• 18.37 Marylebone - Birmingham Snow Hill terminates at Birmingham Moor Street.
• 18.49 Marylebone - High Wycombe calls at South Ruislip instead of West Ruislip.
